By registering for the internship program at SkillSync, you ("the Intern") unconditionally agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your enrolment.
Financial Obligations & Penalties
SkillSync is committed to maintaining a highly disciplined, professional environment. To enforce accountability, the following financial conditions apply:
- Mandatory Platform Fee: Interns agree to pay a standard platform maintenance fee of ₹49 at the successful conclusion of the internship program prior to certificate generation.
- Performance & Compliance Penalties: Interns agree to pay applicable fees or penalties if they miss project deadlines, fail to submit required documents and reports on time, or demonstrate irresponsible professional behavior. This penalty system ensures that all interns maintain corporate-level accountability throughout their tenure.
Strict Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
As an intern at SkillSync, you will be exposed to sensitive corporate and client information. Protecting this information is a core legal obligation.
- Data Sharing and Consent: By enrolling, interns consent to the collection and use of their personal data for program administration, certificate issuance, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Protection of Project Assets: Interns agree not to disclose any internal project data—including but not limited to source code, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), architectural designs, or any other project-related assets—to anyone outside the company. Unauthorized sharing or open-sourcing of project data is a severe breach of trust and will be punishable according to applicable laws.
- Client Data Protection: Interns agree absolutely not to share, distribute, or discuss any client-specific data or proprietary methods with anyone outside the organization.
- Duration of Confidentiality: These confidentiality obligations must be strictly maintained for a period of two years after the internship is completed.
Code of Conduct and Participation Expectations
All interns are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment throughout the program.
- Attendance and Punctuality: A minimum attendance of 75% of total sessions is strictly mandatory to remain eligible for final certification. Interns must join live sessions within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
- Professional Behavior: Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination. Interns are expected to actively participate and complete all assignments sincerely.
- Unauthorized Recording: Interns may not record any live sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from the company.
Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, presentations, case studies, assignments, and frameworks shared during the program remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Interns are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use these materials solely for their own professional development during the program. Interns may not copy, reproduce, sell, share publicly, or plagiarize any company materials in blogs, social media, or professional publications.
General Compliance & Binding Agreement
Interns are fully bound by the overall Terms and Conditions of SkillSync as mentioned on the official website, as well as the specific terms outlined on this registration page. Violation of this code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, or intellectual property policies may result in immediate removal from the program without recourse. The company reserves the right to take further legal action where warranted.
